Assignment / Objective: Develop a creative campaign for Talent Acquisition that will educate and attract employees to Revvity's previously known as Perkin Elmer new brand. By raising awareness around the brand and company culture. Main focus is digital recruiting efforts guiding candidates as a call to action to career site.

 My Role: Art Director leading the brand extension of Revvity previously known as Perkin Elmer Talent Acquisition designs. Collaborated with Copywriter and Creative Director to develop cohesive powerful brand awareness. This was a rebrand launch from Perkin Elmer to Revvity. This complex project was designed alongside other agencies for consistency. Our Talent Acquisition campaign was focused around powerful, easy to digest brand highlights. Our goal was to provoke interest and drive future employees to the career site through means of digital advertising paid and organic.
